Depending on how you use the Walking in Circles website, I may collect information including:

Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider and is not directly stored by Walking in Circles.

If you choose to join the Walking in Circles community, your name and email address may be added to my mailing list so I can send you newsletters, walking inspiration, challenge advice, trekking stories, new content, upcoming events and occasional offers.

I will only send marketing emails where you have chosen to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.

Email subscriptions and campaigns are managed using Squarespace Email Campaigns. Squarespace may process personal information on behalf of Walking in Circles in order to provide these services.

PURCHASES, BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

When you purchase a product or book a Walking in Circles experience, I may collect information needed to process your order or booking, such as your name, email address, billing details and information relating to the product or experience you have purchased.

Payments made through the Walking in Circles website are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Walking in Circles does not directly store your full payment card details.

Some experiences may also be available through third-party booking platforms. If you choose to book through one of these services, your personal information will also be processed in accordance with that provider’s own privacy policy.

Information relating to purchases and bookings may be retained where necessary to provide the service, deal with enquiries or disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
